Overview

IDG is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the East Coast team!  The ideal candidate must be organized, tenacious, and have passion for pursuing a career in sales.  As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to our team of Account Coordinators on various tasks for ad campaigns. 

Responsibilities

 Support will include but is not limited to:

 

  • Creating and providing standard reports for clients. 
  • Compile screenshots for live campaigns
  • Reserving Ad Inventory
  • Preparing PowerPoint Decks
  • Assisting in reconciling sales revenue
  • Other duties include cleaning/maintaining the sales database and other administrative/office duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Past sales and/or marketing experience
  • Impeccable business writing and speaking skills
  • Top notch organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to learn and work in various technology systems
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • A “can-do” attitude and a personality that is adaptable to regular change
  • Bachelor’s degree
