IDG, the world’s largest information technology media company, has an opening for a Program Coordinator with the IDG Global Solutions (IGS) team.  IDG Global Solutions builds international brand recognition for the industry's leading IT companies by developing globally integrated marketing programs via IDG's print, online, social media, mobile and event solutions worldwide.

 

The role of the Program Coordinator within IDG Global Solutions International Sales is integral to the success of our organization.  The Program Coordinator role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of Marketing Communications.  Working on the Marketing campaigns of Global IT Organizations at IDG provides insight into technology, marketing and publishing best practices.  This role will report directly into the Director, Global Program Coordination based in the UK.

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Provide customer service and support on various tasks for both internal and external clients
  • Act as a liaison with IDG hubs on a worldwide basis providing and obtaining up to date information
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Create and provide a variety of standard reports for both internal and external personnel
  • Provide complete administrative back up associated with the Sales Order System by way of dealing with the booking cycle, from sign off to full campaign management
  • Manage campaign optimisation and performance
  • Manage campaign assets
  • Full management of digital and demand generation campaigns
  • Act as the primary point of contact with all allocated campaign stakeholders from both within and outside of the business
  • Complete database updates
  • Keep customer records and databases up to date
  • Work in collaboration with members of the sales teams to deliver support both pre and post sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to create fast, accurate and detailed documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people involved in campaigns and coordinate activities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards whilst under pressure
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
