    We are seeking a Sales Director who will have tremendous creativity as a sales leader for a defined region focused on net new accounts. In this hunter role, the focus will be on selling services to C-level and Senior IT executives in a consultative fashion in order to grow revenue within an assigned set of accounts of mid-market size to $4B in annual revenues. In addition to selling, responsibilities include guiding the overall account and territory strategy as well as travel and expense management in order to maximize the assigned territory and client experience.


    Position would require 20% domestic travel. 


    • Achieving or exceeding assigned quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Driving client and prospective client growth within the assigned territory
    • Proposal creation and contract negotiations
    • Resourceful, creative and persevering in initiating, advancing, and closing the sale cycle
    • Managing client escalations and solving problems
    • Supporting, attending, and facilitating member engagements
    • Drive client awareness, engagement, growth and retention while building relationships


    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
    • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Inside/outside sales experience and presenting/closing services with C-level executives
    • Social selling and sales enablement tool experience
    • Ability to comfortably negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Superior written, verbal, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Salesforce.com experience a plus
