    IDG has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Coordinator, within our leading demand generation business unit, Digital Account Services (DAS). This business unit is the center of excellence for global demand generation responsible for the delivery of all US campaigns.

     

    IDG has a large subscriber base of both technology and business influencers and decision makers. Technology companies and agencies alike utilize this reach to market their solutions and connect with these contacts at a global scale. The unique requirements of each client is transferred into campaigns which the Digital Account Services Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing. This role is the pinnacle for the execution and delivery of these Demand Generation campaigns. Whilst this is a US centric role, this is a centralized Global Demand Generation unit where we will also manage campaigns to countries outside of the US.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaboratively work to gather the internal and external clients’ deliverables for campaigns 
    • Providing excellent customer service through written and verbal communications in a timely manner 
    • Manage expectations across different levels of management 
    • Build campaigns using various technology platforms 
    • Manage, execute and deliver all of DAS programs 
    • Chair trouble shooting client facing conference calls
    • Work with the email task force to leverage email marketing
    • Format, sort and record data to conform to client/advertiser requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs especially Excel
    • Clear written communication and customer relations skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
    • Strong attention to detail when working with large amounts of data
    • Navigate multiple technology platforms and CRM systems including IDG’s campaign management platform
    • Strong willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team 
    • Strong demonstration of initiative and creativity to problem solving
    • Ability to navigate through cultural differences when working with International stakeholders
    • Prior lead/demand generation online advertising experience 
    • Experience generating leads through e-mail marketing
    • HTML coding
    • Background in campaign or account management, marketing and/or communications
