    IDG has an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Coordinator, within our leading demand generation team, Digital Account Services (DAS).  This is an opportunity to be part of a highly talented team who is the center of excellence for Demand Generation. The right candidate would be focusing on driving lead acquisition, audience engagement, and client retention through email marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day execution of email campaigns; including production, creating email marketing copy, QA, audience segmentation, and scheduling deployment
    • Partner with the Campaign managers and EFT team develop and implement lead generation strategies that bring new registrants for lead gen campaigns
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders from the Digital Account Services campaign management team to ensure coordinated execution to drive email performance
    • Manage ongoing email marketing copy refreshes, updates, testing, and optimizations
    • Email reporting and analysis
    • Coordinate A/B testing of subject lines, send times, body copy, or other email features as well as analyze those results
    • Testing all emails before launch for accuracy, tracking, and readability across devices and email service providers.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities

    Qualifications

    • BA/ BS in Marketing preferred
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience with various Email Deployment Platforms
    • Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS for email marketing.
    • Knowledge of GDPR and CAN-SPAM
    • Experience managing email nurture campaigns and triggered emails
    • Experience working with various stakeholders across multiple departments
    • Success in managing email marketing campaigns to meet short-term and long-term goals.
    • 1-2 years in an email marketing role preferably in the B2B Technology industry
    • Exposure to SQL preferred but not required
    • Strong Analytical skills and ability to report on trends that implement change in process
    • Self-start and self-learner
