    Responsibilities

    • Pursue sales opportunities while growing both new and existing agency business for IDG
    • Create and deliver quality, powerful sales stories and presentations
    • Focus on integrated programs and a consultative sales approach
    • Utilize a creative, problem-solving approach while also demonstrating superior closing skills with clients

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
    • 5+ years online advertising sales to clients and agencies
    • Experience creating innovative performance enhancing programs and ability to drive sales
    • Proven track record of strong presentation, writing, critical thinking, and negotiations skills
    • Ability to work in a highly-collaborative environment, self-motivate, and add to the energy of a highly engaged team
    • Ability to generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calls, prospecting, presentations, proposals, etc.
    • Solid understanding of display, custom, social, and event sales
    • Broad understanding of the trends in online advertising and selling
    • Ability to come up with solutions to unique problems and to validate results
    • Some domestic travel required
