    This position is located at IDG Connect International headquarters, Staines, Middlesex

    Position Reports to:  Head of Customer Experience

    Main Interfaces:  International Clients, Suppliers, IGS group, Media Agencies

    Contract Type:  Permanent

     

    Overall Purpose

    • Management of lead generation programs across IDG Connect Clients and the IGS groups
    • Ensuring smooth management, delivery and execution of dedicated campaign executive programs
    • Support to the IDG Connect Management Team

    Responsibilities

    • End to end campaign management of demand generation programs
    • Identify, assess and minimises risks to successful campaign
    • Build and nurture client relationships
    • Working closely with key stakeholders by phone and email to build trust and provide live feedback on lead generation campaign performance
    • To create and provide a variety of reports via IDG Connects bespoke systems
    • To provide support on various tasks for both internal and external clients
    • Work to clear deadlines and have the ability to apply both technical and business acumen to projects and campaigns
    • Management and reporting for all lead generation programs.

    Team

    • Working with IDG Connect Operations, Sales and Editorial teams
    • An extension of the team will be IDG Direct
    • Communicating and liaising with external providers such as direct client and telemarketing agents
    • Work alongside colleagues in all departments to ensure the best possible service is provided to the customer.
