    As a Talent Attraction Manager, we’ll rely on you to own the full recruiting lifecycle - from research to close - on a full range of positions, not just in media, but also as we expand into more technical areas like data scientists and product development. A key aspect of the role will involve driving candidate sourcing strategies to attract and hire top quality talent. Accordingly, you’ll need to partner with hiring managers to clearly understand their requirements for each assignment. You’ll also need to develop a deep understanding of each team’s dynamics, how the role and its team contribute to the overall company goals, and how to position the role to attract and retain ‘A’ players. Sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing résumés and pre-screening candidates while moving the interview process forward – these are just some elements of this high profile recruiting role.

     

    To succeeed, you’ll need a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent, plus a disciplined strategy to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates. A proven success at creating and implementing sourcing strategies utilizing various tools and techniques, you’re great at building trust and relationships with internal customers and candidates alike. What’s more, you’re used to developing and managing a diverse candidate pipeline and have a flair for prioritizing tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment. If you already have some technical recruiting experience, even better, although this is not as essential as your assetive yet flexibel approiach and ability to quickly get to grips with a company’s culture and values.
