IDG Communications is looking for an experienced, pro-active and customer focused Program Manager to join our Customer Experience team, on a contractor basis. The main objective of this contractor role is to ensure timely delivery of programs for our clients in close collaboration with sales, editorial and customer experience teams.
In this role you are is responsible for planning and the delivery of products to clients, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, communicating and initiating appropriate actions. Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between internal departments. Ensuring a successful, on time outcome within budget, assisting our clients achieve their objectives.
The perfect candidate has a global mindset, in depth experience managing complex programs, and knowledge of media and marketing. Knowledge of and strong affinity with Information Technology would also be a benefit, but not essential.
Contract duration is 6-8 months.
