The role is for a Customer Experience Executive, whose overall responsibility is to take the campaign from inception to market. You will be working alongside big name brands and engaging with both clients directly and Media Agencies.
The role of the Customer Experience Executive within IDG is, integral to the success of our organisation. The role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of marketing communications.
The Customer Experience Executive will report to the Manager, Customer Experience APAC, working alongside the existing Customer Experience Team.
