IDG Communications is exited to be recruiting for a talented and energetic Customer Experience Executive, to work within our rapidly growing APAC team based in Singapore.

The role is for a Customer Experience Executive, whose overall responsibility is to take the campaign from inception to market. You will be working alongside big name brands and engaging with both clients directly and Media Agencies.

The role of the Customer Experience Executive within IDG is, integral to the success of our organisation. The role provides a solid grounding in the methods and practices of marketing communications. 

Responsibilities

  • Professionally and successfully manage customer marketing revenue programs from availability checking to final reporting,i ncluding data analysis, fulfilment and campaign reporting.
  • Work on marketing campaigns of Global IT Organisations at IDG provides insight into technology, marketing and publishing best practices.
  • Work in collaboration with members of the commercial teams (locally and remotely) to support the sales cycle and deliver revenues from our media, data and services campaigns.

The Customer Experience Executive will report to the Manager, Customer Experience APAC, working alongside the existing Customer Experience Team.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of digital marketing or media campaign management experience or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • You must be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who is always willing to try new things and think outside the box.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create accurate documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills along with superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people involved in campaigns and coordinate activities.
  • The ability to speak Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
