IDG is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the US Sales Enablement team. The primary focus of this role is to work with our global sales teams to activate and accelerate the revenue growth among B2B and B2C technology clients. This individual must be creative, determined and passionate about the development of integrated marketing solutions and driving sales revenue.



  • Aid in the development of integrated program strategies and proposals.
  • Leading a team of US based Sales Enablement Managers.
  • Partnering with sales management and sales, product management, program architecture, marketing and other functional groups to develop and maintain materials, grow revenue and products.
  • Assist in increasing sales representatives’ individual results by providing coaching; joining sales calls/meetings; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a training strategy, program and curriculum to increase product and services revenue, productivity and performance. 
  • Support a professional, hard-working sales enablement team by providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and feedback to support resourceful performance and development of team members.
  • Own the executional success of individual contributors on the sales enablement team through collaboration and team projects.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of integrated marketing programs for technology and consumer clients.
  • Proven track record in driving sales revenue
  • Passion for working with and improving sales productivity, performance and satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with sales teams. 
  • 3-5 years’ experience of sales enablement or sales related support.
  • Ability to adjust techniques to accommodate various learning styles and work cross functionally
  • Must be a dynamic speaker with proven ability to get participants excited about the topics being presented
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in a quota carrying role or ability to understand the challenges that come with a quota
  • Superior understanding of sales processes, and buyer’s journey alignment.
