Overview

IDG Communications is excited to be looking for an International Talent Acquisition Manager to look after our UK recruitment needs, and support recruitment internationally, with their remit spanning across Europe, Australia and Singapore.  

 

IDG has set out the strategy and is on the path of transforming our company to be at the intersection of media and marketing technology, delivering performance solutions for our B2B technology customers.

 

The main focus for this role is to support the UK HR team and the International HR Director with hiring. IDG Communications is in a very exciting growth phase, and is looking for an excellent Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team, looking after a whole range of roles! 

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring the right people in a timely and efficient manner, as well as demonstrated experience working closely with line managers to support their hiring needs.

 

The Talent Acquisition Manager - International will join the UK HR team in London and is part of a team of 4.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UK HR team, and the International HR Director on different recruitment needs for IDG Communications, from advising on the recruitment process to conducting and coordinating interviews right up until offer stage.
  • Build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and external talent pipelines.
  • Taking a proactive approach to recruitment through different channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Assist and execute in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies as well as general talent management.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within our hiring space, and work closely with our D&I council in conjunction of their vision

Qualifications

  • Passion for finding the best recruits for our business!
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment essential.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working within the media and technology sphere desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK recruitment legislation
  • Active listener and communicator
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Experience working with applicant tracking software
