IDG is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join its Customer Success team in the Needham, MA, New York, NY or the San Francisco, CA area.

 

If you are a self-starter interested in learning the ins and outs of media, this is the position for you. We are looking for someone who loves to multitask and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented environment.  Ideally, you will have knowledge of the digital advertising world learned through past college coursework, internships, or prior positions you have held.

 

Responsibilities

As a key contributor to the sales team, core responsibilities of a Customer Experience Executive include:

  • Supporting international digital and data sales efforts by providing outstanding customer service to advertisers & agencies
  • Build relationships with international stakeholders and understanding global marketing landscape.
  • Maintaining sales/client files and databases
  • Conducting analyses on competition
  • Facilitating ad production - Managing sales projects – Campaign Management
  • Assist with presentation and sales contract development
  • Provide support on program cycle from sign off through to campaign completion

Qualifications

  • Top-notch organizational, time management and oral/written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Possesses a high degree of professionalism and an eye for detail
  • Digital / lead generation advertising or marketing experience preferred
  • Sales support experience as well as salesforce.com is a plus 
  • Have a global mindset and cultural intelligence
