Overview

IDG Communications is looking for a talented Campaign Executive to join our leading demand generation business unit, Data & Software Group. This business unit is the center of excellence for global demand generation, responsible for the delivery of all international campaigns.


IDG has a large subscriber base of both technology, business influencers and decision makers. Technology companies and agencies use this data to market their solutions and connect with these contacts at a global scale. The Campaign Executive is instrumental in the management, execution, and delivery of these International Demand Generation campaigns. This role will report into our Head of Operations for demand generation.


Location: IDG Connect International, Staines, Middlesex, UK. IDG currently operates a Hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end campaign management of customer demand generation programs.
  • Setting up of campaigns through IDG bespoke systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service through written and verbal communications.
  • Optimization of campaigns and working with internal stakeholders to understand campaign performance.
  • Manage expectations across different levels.
  • Become pro-actively involved with the wider data group (lead generation) to understand best practices and troubleshoot ideas where necessary.
  • Supporting sales with client enablement. This could be a campaign kick off call or mid-end campaign call to address lead challenges/rejections.
  • Work with Data Analytics/BI team to deliver end of campaign wrap ups or insight reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated and/or 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
  • A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure with a strong focus on detail.
  • Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills: able to work at fast pace, to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
  • Team player focused on joint success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work across various IDG business units.
