IDG’s Audience Development manager will champion a data-driven culture that supports IDG’s four major business units. As part of the central data office, this person will oversee a major component of IDG’s overarching global data acquisition strategy.
This person will work locally and have data ownership over the United States and Canada. They will work directly with the four business units to understand and deliver on data needs. This internal leader will collaborate with a cross-section of business units to develop plans focused on how data can help them achieve their objectives.
This person will help foster B2B and B2C first party database growth, cultivate monetizable audiences, manage the use of data throughout North America, ensure data cleanliness and work with 3rd party organizations to enrich IDG’s data position.
Additionally, this person will be part of a global team advocating for the region on company-wide data strategy, best practices, and governance policies.

Triblio is seeking a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The Customer Operations Specialist will provide day to day technical support of customer’s operational use of the Triblio platform, partnering closely with our Customer Success Managers. The role will involve set up and implementation of Triblio software, monitoring and optimizing campaigns for Triblio customers while working to triage and resolve customer inquiries or tasks delegated by the Customer Success team.
