The Customer Operations Specialist will provide day to day technical support of customer’s operational use of the Triblio platform, partnering closely with our Customer Success Managers. The role will involve set up and implementation of Triblio software, monitoring and optimizing campaigns for Triblio customers while working to triage and resolve customer inquiries or tasks delegated by the Customer Success team.

Reporting to Director of Finance, this role will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting specific to IDG’s M&A activities including providing necessary support to the Corporate Development group. A successful candidate should possess advanced skills in financial and data analysis, including proficiency with three-statement financial modeling and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong written and speaking skills, and have experience working cross-functionally to move related projects forward. The role will include oversight within Corporate Finance of all M&A related financial analysis and reporting activities from pre-acquisition through post-acquisition and integration. He/she will support related financial and corporate decision makers at all levels of IDG. He/she will also work closely with management to meet their financial objectives.
